Hi,  I was on YouTube yesterday and just by a fluke I came across 3 videos from Frenchgirl.  She put on an excellent performance. I think she should win an Academy award.

Where did you get that leopard skin outfit you had on? Also at the GW?

What do you like about them? I was left a little frustrated as she did show us any major treasures that she walked out with.

I liked them, but I'd love to know what store, where, etc.  If she is worried about others finding her gems, delay publication for 60-90 days.  I agree that I'd love to know what the final tally was.

I liked it because FrnchGrl and I are partnering on a venture and she's in a Goodwill in OC Cali.

The video was meant as part of an audition, so that's why the in-completion, I think..

I'll be driving my daughter out there in August for college.  I should ask FrenchGirl if she wants to do a thrifting run.  I'll also introduce the two because my daughter is totally into the thrift mentality, PLUS, she likes the vintage type stuff that FrenchGirl likes as well.

Her friends CANNOT BELIEVE that she got her prom dress for $4.50 at a Salvation Army in Casa Grande, AZ.

DD found an Anne Klein dress, amazingly enough in the only shade of pink she can actually wear (she is a redhead) at a local thrift for $.50.  It is a 100% silk, heavily beaded evening gown, with tags still attached.  It had been at the thrift for several weeks and on $.50 day when that color price tag was $.50, the dress was still there.  So it came home with her.  Can't remember the exact original  price of the dress but it was in the $100s.  She loved thrifts.

I like the sound of 50 cent day, I wish we had those!  Great finds on the dresses.
