In the episode called, "Beware The Creeper", a journalist is doing an investigative report on the creation of The Joker. The Joker shows up and puts the journalist into the same toxic chemical soup that created him. The journalist survives to become The Creeper. The Creeper gets his villain outfit from Ditko''s Vintage Clothing. Steve Ditko was a comic book god and even co-created Spider-man with Stan Lee. The voice of the thrift store manager is E.G. Daily, the seductress from "Valley Girl" and the singer of the band in "Better Off Dead".
Alfred calls Batman in the Batmobile and tells him, "The police just got a call about a green and yellow maniac trashing a thrift shop."
