There's very good thrift shopping here in L.A.. There's a chain of thrifts here called "Out of the Closet" they benefit aids charities. They usually have some good stuff. I once found a very old English version of the Koran from 1916,
and a first edition Charlie and The Chocolate Factory. Good Stuff....

i shop at out of the closet too!! i hit up about three different ones... i have my theory about the chain... they typically have really good stuff... but charge a bit much...

Well, they do have the dollar clothing rack. 

Their markdowns are on a weekly schedule so week 1 --color #1 will be 30%, color #2 will be 50%, color #3 on the dollar rack.  Week 2 - color#1 will be 50%, color #2 will be on the dollar rack.

Change over is on Sunday morning at store opening.

& LOL, what other thrift store hands out free condoms?  An interesting contrast to the Goodwills & Salvation Army stores...
