They have that whole color system where different colors are on sale each day so they should be putting out new stuff daily.  They put out new clothes throughout the day every day at my sal army stores.  Housewares are more unpredicatable.  Here it is whenever they have a full cart and the time to put them out.  The clothes are the first priority which is frustrating to me because I look at housewares first.
