UCLA Hospital thrift store semi annual sale

Anyone heading to the UCLA hospital thrift store semi annual sale on Dec 4th?

They will hand out entrance tickets at 6am for the 10am opening.

I doubt I will bother with that --- too much trouble to elbow out the Rose Bowl flea market sellers at the rush to get in on the first hour. By 12 noon, you usually don't need a ticket to get into the store.

For anyone not in Los Angeles, the sale isn't a discount event like Black Friday -- instead, for about half a year this thrift stores holds back their "best, designer, expensive etc. " donations for this sale. The discount hunter however knows that in the three weeks prior to the sale ( with one week closure prior for prep), the UCLA hospital thriftstore does a 75% and $20 fill the bag clearance sale to get room in the store for the designer stuff that was in storage.
