anybody ever been to palm springs to go thrifting?? seems like it would be some kind of dream location for excellent thrift finds. especially my favorite mid-century stuff.

No Geniuine, I have never been to Palm Springs, but I have been to Jupiter Island ladies hospital thrift and the goodwill, now this is in a little coastal town in florida that just drips with money and big palatial mansions on the water, people drive mercedes, jags, rolls, you name it, I have found some heavenly stuff there, I wish I could go back but alas it has been a few yrs and Juipter Island is around 3 and a half hours from where I live, so....

If you like 50's & 60's stuff I'd recommend Richmond, Va.  I always find cool stuff when I go to Richmond.
