If you look at the questions and answers under the listing it is the Stadium Events game that made the bidding go so high.  So that would be the game to look for I guess.  Lucky lucky guy.

I saw a Yahoo News piece that that game is worth tons.
And yes, we should all keep a sharp eye out for that one.

At first when I saw the headline I thought they bid that much for the actual console and wondered why anyone would bid so much for a console that probably sold millions of units.

On Yahoo's article they mentioned that it was rare that the Stadium Events game had the original cardboard box.

Still not as impressive as the comic book that sold for a million dollars (the first issue featuring Batman).

It must be nice to be able to afford a comic book and spend millions of dollars on it.

It was Action Comics #1 featuring Superman in 1938. Batman first appeared in Detective Comics # 27 in 1939.
Yes, I'm a big geek.

The Batman comic book was from another sale and sold for more than the Superman.  I can't remember the actual amount, but I believe it was around 1 million dollars.

I concede to your superior comic knowledge.
Below is a link to the story that I was wrong about.
