Now that would be Mary Jane. No silly, it's my sis, just 2 years younger than me.

Why would I want you to know about her? She's a genius! This girl can spot a super bargain. Both she and her husband have scored up time so many times I can't count.

Example 1: He picked an axe head out of the garbage. He sold it for over $100. It was an axe head, no handle . . . what was that?

Example 2: She bought a set of dishes at a garage sale for less than $30. She sold it piece by piece on eBay for Thousands of dollars . . . I'm not kidding.

How do they do this stuff! That's just two examples and they do it all the time. I would think she (they) are the world's most amazing thrifters. I do love to go thrifting with her. I can count on her to barter the price.

PS. She just got her senior discount this year . . . now she's really dangerous. LOL!

Some people just have the gift.  And some of us have to work at it.   Wink  I fall into the latter category.  I learn something new everyday.  That's what keeps it all interesting.

They sound like my MIL!  She found a tip tray at a yard sale I went to with her one time... she paid a $1 for it, which I thought was too much, but didn't say so, and she sold it on ebay for a couple hundred.

It's always fun to shop with her to see what she ends up buying!   Smiley
