Hope you all are safe and warm - and drier than we are. In Wisconsin we are "enjoying" a wet and translucent Christmas day. Had our white stuff for a base, but freezing rain is putting on the glaze.
I am headed to northern IL for the day  ( 3 hr one way.) Would not mind except if I travel I want to thrift Hop. Not much chance of that today.
Our small town closed promptly at 3:59 last evening. Not 4pm - the lights on every store went out at 3:59 and the sidewalks were rolled up- by 4pm.

The volunteer run thrifts will be shut tight until Monday and on limited hours next week.  (Bah Humbug!)

Hope everyone enjoyed the Holidays & Happy Thrifty New Year!  The food bank thrift is taking down their Christmas room until next year, which is a bummer, no more spectacular Christmas finds for a while, unless the Sal Army finally gets some good donations.  They are going to set up some new theme room in its place though, so hopefully more good find to report in the new year!
