Hey:  Does anyone know where I can find information on opening a Thrift Store?  Or does anybody have any personal knowledge or experience?

I run a non-profit organization that helps kids in SW Florida and we are considering opening a Thrift Store to have funds for our community.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I didn't start our nonprofit thrift store but I do run it.  I'd be glad to answer any questions you may have.  Not sure how much help I can be but I'll try.
