Wow, I didn't know it was, but I scored on some great books at my fave thrift store yesterday! Was so excited! Was almost broke, but felt rich anyway. Love that feeling! Who woulda known there was a National Thrift Store Day? Cool!

right back atcha Good Buddy.... I guess it was National Yard Sale Day on Saturday too <always the second Saturday in August, I'm told> found a great old bee hive smoker at a yard sale for a dollar Saturday...makes it all worth while!!

Well, I missed it this year, but have added it to my Google calendar for future years!  Not that I need an excuse to go thrifting, but it will be nice to be able to say, "I'm celebrating my favorite national holiday!"
