My husband and I have sold on Ebay for over 8 yrs, but the last two yrs has been slow and buyers are crabby. Some can be nice... We are selling some school stuff and other things on craigslist, but we are getting tired of people not texting back or emailing back when they message us.  People can be a pain on the site. They want everything so cheap.. Some are nice and won't ask for a cheaper price..I put price from other people prices or how new it is. I don't over price anything..So now we put no email because of spam..Craigslist is slow for some reason. I think we don't meet ppl anymore because ppl don't show up...We sell on yardsellr.com now and doing great. People are nicer.

I have been meaning to check out yardsellr.  Do you get good prices for things, comparable to what they go for on Ebay?  I put stuff on Etsy sometimes, but it can take a month or longer for things to sell too slow for me.  I do like auctions for that reason.

We do pretty well on yardsellr.. We sell on style Not sure spelled right..We sold two things from that site today..We have sold something about everyday. We can go a week without selling though. They buyer pays for what they want first before shipping which is good for us..kind of hard to explain..The seller don't get paid tell we ship, so helps buyer to get something quick.. We go on ebay for high dollar stuff, but still don't like feebay...

re: Shop Airlines America

I must be in the minority because I did not have a bad experience with them: sold them two pairs of men's Gucci shoes.

Ditto, sold 2 items (both clothing, nothing breakable) and had no problems.

I do think that if they're a 3rd party, they should be required to disclose that bit of info however. We, as sellers, have to disclose everything.
