What's funny is how many times I have been on a thrift run, and see people at one store, then at the next one.

I've had that happen numerous times at estate/garage sales.  Must be some hard core group that do that every week-end.  Sometimes I"ve even given directions to others about how to get to a sale I just came from!

I'm one of those people that others hover over, grabbing my discards. I get followed around, and have even found people going through my cart! I now make sure to have someone with me to guard the cart. Its so annoying! Can't they be original and find their own goods? UGH!

I guess I can be considered a regular:) But, I don't go through peoples cart:)  At my local SA, i only get there about 2-3 times a month. However, they know me and they always ask about my stepchildren even though they rarely go with my husband and I.    When I lived in FL, I always spotted the same people. The one that stands out is the lady with an "enclosed' stroller where her little dog sat while she shopped:)

I claim the mantle of weirdo, but not regular.

Aside from the jack stands, some bike wheels, and a set of camo BDU's, I haven't bought anything in a thrift in months.

I look a lot, but there's just nothing out there for me.

I have started a new, kind-of-odd hobby.  I look in other people's carts (kind of a glance - I don't rifle through them) to get an idea of their aesthetic - I try to imagine what they're like.  I'm not looking for their finds (could care less) but what do they value - what do they like to look at.

Oh well, there it is.
