If anyone is near Naples, you have to stop at the new Salvation Army.  It just opened this morning and was like going into an antique store.  Its not often I would describe a Thrift Store as beautiful or exquiste, but I would with this store.  They had a huge celebration and gave out food and drinks this morning.  The store is on the corner of 41 and Davis Blvd.

Anyway, its a must stop for anyone near Naples.  The best Thrift Store I've ever been in.

I just added the store to the diretory. Apparently, they closed 2 stores and opened a HUGE thrift shop.
I will we could go see it, but now we're too far away..
we'll get there some day, some day....

They have two stores right next to each other.  The new store has all the great stuff and it has a big variety.  I bought a Pokemon monopoly game still sealed and other people were buying paitings from the 1800s.  I know I got a good deal on my new stuff, but I'm not sure about the high end art work.
The other store is for all the junk.  I have to say I like the idea of two stores next to each other and they have the items separated by quality.  You go into one store seaching for really good items and the other store hoping to find a treasure in the trash.

Just for your site:  the thrift stores are changing dramatically down here.  Every major chain is upgrading and moving their stores.  Even some of the smaller stores are moving and upgrading.  On a monthly basis new stores have been opening.  I don't know what's going on but its great for me, I'm finding so much good stuff.

Sounds like my dream store!  I wish they would start upgrading around here.  Looking forward to hearing about your finds at this amazing place!
