Dear Thrift Owners,

My name is Danny and we are a new property manager for a retail shopping center in North Houston...

After studying our demographics and population, we feel that our center would be ideal for a thrift center.

However, we don't have the connections to thrift store owners and I landed here on this site! Can the community please help me?

We offer low rent / great incentives and also referral fees for anyone that can procure a tenant for us!

Danny,

You should call all the thrift shops within 20 miles of you, using the directory at the top of this page. And you should also look up all the local charities to you.

Good Luck,

Good Buddy
