New at Thrift Store but experienced in business

Hi everyone,

I'm in Canada and investigation how to open a thrift store.  I own a number of other businesses but the Thrift Store is new to me.  I'll appreciate it if you can point me in the right direction for my research.  I lot of info I come across are too basic.  I'm looking for info on how to obtain inventory, initial sales projections, start up cost, staffing costs and owner time commitment.
