I have just finished an interview for the November issue of The National Thrifter with Alice Coleman, the retail supervisor for 55 domestic violence charity thrift stores in North Carolina. During the interview I found out that the thrift stores themselves are places where women can go and get information about the domestic violence programs the stores support.
In all of Alice''s thrift stores they have information for victims of domestic abuse in the rest rooms and dressing rooms so the women can get the infomation discretely.
This is a very valuable tip for thrift stores that support domestic abuse charities.

Thanks Alice!
