I know that organizing your clothing is tedious work, but it's very important.
Shoppers shop for themselves based on their size, then the color they like. I wear size 32 pants. I only have an interest in looking at 32 inch waist pants. If I have to look through "Men's Pants" that are not put our by size, I won't.
The job of a thrift shop is to put out items for sale and then sell them, fast.
Organizing clothing by style, then size and then maybe even by color is the best way for the items to be displayed. Therefore they'll sell more quickly.
The faster an item sells, the more new inventory you can put out to keep the shoppers coming back. The more often an individual visits your store, the more money they are likely to spend.
