I want to make up some door hangers at some point for my store. Is it legal to post some of the brand names and the prices you are selling them for? I just don't want to have Abercrombie & Fitch's lawyers breathing down my neck.

It's definitely not legal, but if you're just a small thrift store and not a National chain of thrift store's you'll probably slide underneath the radar. I'd risk it, you should be fine.

I know using their logos isn't legal but can you mention brands that you sell at your thrift store? Which part is illegal? Is it naming the prices or mentioning the labels or brands you sell second-hand?

Do you have 800 numbers for your thrift shop?
