I have been going to GW for over 10 years and see managers come and go; at one time, the store was an absolute mess. They had tons of clothing (donations) stacked up the wall by the cashier's registers and the place was rather dirty. Mgmt. changed and brought in "Rene" who straighten out the store's layout and came down on the staff to get the place shapped up. She was an extremely hard worker, along with staff, and left after 4 or so years as I am sure there was a burn-out factor. Great bargains to find; the basement has lots of household items, books, tapes, are very nearly organized along with holiday items. The womens pants section could use better lighting as it is impossible to see back there. You can find some great deals for great prices and senior discounts are offered on Tuesdays I think but definitely once a week. Just be patient, kind and you will find something to purchase.
