Hit and miss depending on the person working. I have been able to negotiate, with some staff. The furniture can be pricey but seems to have a fast turnover. The outside building yard looks like rubble, but is worth a peek. One uptight staff member was seen pricing art by measuring the painting with a ruler rather than noticing it was an amature portrait of a pet poodle, pricing it a laughable $125.
