Employees were helpful and pleasant. The only thing I didn't like is that one of the higher priced coats had the price marked on the maker's label. This makes it absolutely unusable for resale. It's a gorgeous cashmere coat but I can't resell it with $25.00 written right at the neckline on the tag. Employees were like, "Well, that's the way it is!" Like it or not, your biggest customers are probably people who resell on eBay or other online sites. I appreciate cleanliness, friendliness and time to browse without being bothered by inquiries. This store is not as good as the olive location. I guess people steal a lot here. While I was there I heard the mangager make an announcement over the loud speaker for the camera to sweep the men's section. Then she made another announcement asking for security to walk through the men's area. I guess it was a warning for the person that was up to no good. It was just strange.
